This notice explains what information RavenArc collects through ravenarcgroup.com and how we use it.

What we collect

This website has no accounts or tracking cookies, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on it. We receive personal information only when you choose to give it to us: by writing to us through the contact form or at [email protected], in which case we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in your message; or by subscribing to The RavenArc Brief, in which case we receive your email address. Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms, a form-processing service.

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records basic technical data such as IP addresses and browser type in server logs to operate and secure the site. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

How we use it

We use what you send us only to read and reply to your message, and, if you agree, to consider it for publication. We use a subscriber’s email address only to send The RavenArc Brief, and we remove it when you ask to unsubscribe. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for marketing lists without your consent.

Confidentiality

Messages you send us are treated as confidential. We do not publish them or share them without your permission, other than with service providers (such as our email provider) who process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond, and we delete it when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under data protection law, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
